United Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd (URC) is a professional rubber products manufacturer in China. It was founded in Feb 2007 and has 260 employees. The plant covers 33000 square meters. URC is equipped with advanced production equipment, including injection presses, vacuum pressed, error-proof chemical weighing system, rubber banbury machines and open mills. And the testing/inspection equipment includes rheometers, low-temperature brittleness tester, ozone chamber, optical measuring systems, tensile tester and auto visual inspection systems.
URC’s product lines include rubber parts for automotive industry (such as dust caps, bellows, grommets, seals and brake pedals etc.), for home appliance and for general industrial equipment, and high performance O-rings/seals, medical/food grade rubber parts and metal-to-rubber bonded parts. The majority of our customers are well-known automotive and home appliance companies.
With the strong technical strength, URC is capable of processing both regular rubbers and special rubbers, such as EPDM, Silicone, NBR, Neoprene, SBR, FKM (Viton), HNBR and AEM. URC’s dynamic intelligence team which consists of the experts in formulation, tooling, quality and production fields will ensure high quality products and premium service. URC is IATF 16949 certified.
